We started in a notary's office.
Óscar Ferrer García spent almost ten years as a senior clerk in a notary's office in Ciutadella de Menorca, from 2011 to 2021, working for his brother, the notary Luis Miguel Ferrer García. Almost everything we do here today passes through a notary's office: inheritances, property sales, mortgages being enforced and estates that need putting in order.
In December 2020 he opened Equus Capital with all three areas at once: inheritance, real estate investment and physical metals. It wasn't a gamble. It was what he knew and could handle after those years.
- 2024. Roberto Contreras joins for metals and we open an office in Palma de Mallorca (C/ Tous i Maroto 4, entresuelo 3º). Roberto is still there as a SilverGold consultant, and we still see clients in Palma by appointment.
- 2025. We open the Valencia office and the lawyers Estela Gisbert and Laura Expósito join.
- 2026. Miguel Agüera, lawyer and registered gestor administrativo, joins with the traffic and transport area.
Today there are five of us, and whoever you speak to is the person handling your case.
Equus Capital is a legal and wealth firm based in Valencia, specialising in real assets: physical precious metals, real estate investment and inheritance. It is the trading name of Entrecometes, S.L. (tax ID B-02786648), registered at the Menorca Companies Registry. In precious metals we are official SilverGold consultants in Valencia: you sign the contract with SilverGold Patrimonio, in your name, and the metal is held insured in Loomis vaults.

Who is responsible for what.
Equus Capital is the trading name of Entrecometes, S.L. (tax ID B-02786648), with an office at Av. Giorgeta 43, Bajo Izquierda, Valencia. Its registered office is in Ciutadella de Menorca, where the project began. The fees for each assignment are agreed with you before work starts. You can check the registration of Estela, Laura and Miguel in the official Spanish Bar register or the Valencia Bar search, and Miguel's as an administrative agent with the Valencia Association of Administrative Agents.
Handled and signed by Laura Expósito Prosper, registered lawyer (ICAV 15,022). She is your contact throughout the whole file.

We advise you as official SilverGold consultants in Valencia. You sign the contract with SilverGold Patrimonio and the money goes directly to SilverGold, not to us.
