Is investment gold subject to VAT?
No. Investment gold (bars of at least 995 thousandths and gold coins that meet the legal requirements, including a minimum fineness of 900 thousandths) is VAT exempt in Spain. Silver is not. That is why, to preserve wealth, we work mainly with investment gold.
In whose name is the metal held?
Always in yours. The gold and silver are physical and yours, securely stored. It is your metal, not a share in a fund or a financial product.
What is an auction bid assignment or an NPL?
An NPL is a defaulted loan that banks sell at a discount. An auction assignment lets you have a property from an auction awarded to you. Either way you buy below market value, with the deal checked beforehand and our own legal team behind you.
Is it safe to bid at auctions or buy debt?
It is a legal, well-established route, but it needs analysis: charges, occupancy, registry status. We never go into a deal without studying it thoroughly. That study is our job.
Do you advance the costs of an inheritance?
Yes, when there is a property to be sold and we handle that sale: we cover taxes, notary and procedures so you do not put money up front, and everything is paid from the sale.
